I went here to get my highlights retouched and it was such a cute place! I went to Jamie and she was the best! She did such amazing job and this was by far the best highlight job I've ever gotten. It was exactly what I asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend!

Had the very best first experience at Cha Cha's! Payton felt like an instant friend and did an amazing job on my hair (trim, layers and bangs)! She is professional, relational and incredible!! Side bar: My car battery died while I was in the shop. Without a moment of hesitation, Victoria (another hairstylist) came out to help me. She refused to take money a a thank you. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed!!

Lauren Aubrey did my hair and it came out awesome, exactly what I asked for!! The environment is great, everyone was very nice :D The only problem I had was booking online, I found the wording and separate pages for booking and stylists’ photos to be kinda confusing and weird to navigate. Overall I will definitelyyy be returning for my future haircuts!

I found this salon online and decided to try it out (even though it is about 2.5 hours away) because it had good reviews and its website was very detailed. I was able to chat with someone online and they helped set me up with a stylist based on what I wanted and my budget. I had a consultation with Leah Conway. She was very nice and professional. I loved that I was able to sit down with a stylist and discuss options that would work for my hair. The atmosphere and vibes inside the salon were amazing. I was nervous about trying a new salon, but Leah made me feel very comfortable. I was satisfied with the service and booked my next appointment.

This wasn’t my first time at ChaCha’s but I will definitely be coming back to see Jamie S. again! She was very sweet and we never ran out of things to talk about! I have very thick hair and am very picky with how I want it cut, Jamie did an excellent job and did exactly what I wanted plus more! If you are looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend Jamie!!!

Jessica was perfect! I have very straight hair, type 1A which is the rarest hair type in the world. It grows completely straight from the root to tip. Finding someone who understands 1A’s unique challenges is challenging. She asked and answered all the questions, lots of time spent making sure we were on the same page. The result was just what I wanted, which is a first for me. Jessica is the best in my book. I believe she would provide excellent service for all hair types, she is a professional who truly knows what she’s doing.

Recently visited Ms.Alexzia for a much needed wash with my sew in (walk in appointment). She was extremely gentle & was thorough throughout every step of the process. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and even gave me tips on how to care for & maintain my hair at home. This was very appreciated because I am someone who is new to getting my hair done. Alexzia even offered to work with me when I remove my sew-in to maintain my hairs health & length! As someone with naturally curly hair it was important to me to have someone of color or with similar texture provide my service. When I expressed this she shared with me that everyone in the shop is trained on how to do curly hair. This made me feel confident to trust Cha Cha’s stylists! She also has an instagram @hairbyalexzia where she is constantly throwing deals to build her portfolio & makes it easy to book with her! I felt her prices were very reasonable especially for the attention to detail she provided.

10/10 recommend Alexzia. She is so good. She always makes me feel so pretty as my hair has never looked so good. She deserves an award. I was super nervous to change my hair but I absolutely needed to so when I got my bob she made me feel comfortable and seen and of course we spiced it up and added highlights. Now I love my hair and my favorite self care is coming to get my hair done by her:)

I was a bit nervous about finding a new salon/stylist in the area since I have been having the same girl do my hair since 2015 but I am soooooo happy I chose ChaCha’s! Paige did an amazing job with my cut and color! I was always made comfortable and felt heard with my hair concerns. The results and her hard work were well worth the price! I will absolutely be returning and already booked my next appointment!

From Grace and daughter Alice. Alice - “ Lauren was super nice I want to come back! I love love love my hair! The place is really cool and fun.” Grace- “Lauren is very professional, kind, and did a wonderful job for both of us! She listened and knows what she’s doing. All the employees were super nice and I noticed a lot of alternative cuts being done or touched up which I LOVE! Cha Cha’s is super clean and fun. Great place! We will be back!” We both got a deluxe cut for consultations and it being the first time. Price goes down after first time.
